All orders placed online will be packed and dispatched within 2 business days, upon full payment being received. All orders will be delivered via a third party courier, Fastway.

Shipping & Delivery (for orders under $180):

NSW $10 | 1-2 business days
VIC, ACT, SA, QLD, TAS $15 | 5-10 business days
WA, NT $25 | 10 business days

We offer free shipping on all orders of $180 or more.

Please note, due to increased delivery demand due to COVID-19, some States or Territories may experience delays. If your order has still not been received within two weeks, please email us with your order number and purchase date, and we will contact Fastway couriers on your behalf: hello@vindenwines.com.au

Payment Policy

Payment must be made in full prior to orders being dispatched. All prices are as shown.

Refund Policy

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund or exchange with proof of purchase.

We accept returns for damaged and/or broken wine bottles, during transit. You can choose to exchange for the full value of your original purchase, pending stock availability, or receive a full refund. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit, please take a photo and contact us via email.

If you you suspect there is a fault with your wine, please contact us directly to discuss with our winemaker, and organise an exchange. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, for change of mind. Please read the descriptions of each wine / merchandise carefully before purchase. Please call us should you have any questions, prior to purchase.

Received the wrong wine? Please contact us and we will happily exchange for the correct wine, pending stock availability.
