The Vinden Estate homestead offers a unique opportunity to stay on a working vineyard and winery in Pokolbin, in the heart of the Hunter Valley. Stay in our family homestead with views to the Brokenback Ranges and surrounding Hunter Valley vineyards. Wine club members save 10% when they book directly.
Based on 1840s early Victorian architecture, the homestead boasts understated style and elegance. It features six bedrooms, ten foot ceilings, an outdoor swimming pool overlooking the vineyard, a BBQ area, two bathrooms, two open fireplaces, an open plan kitchen and living room, plus an additional living room.

The Hunter Valley residence overlooks 10 acres of premium vineyard. A swimming pool, courtyard, olive grove and lush gardens are set upon 25 acres of park-like grounds, completing one of the finest country estates in this region, and earmarking a destination that represents perfect relaxation.
The homestead includes accommodation for up to 12 persons, with 2 x King Size & 4 x Queen size beds, 2 bathrooms (both with baths), a separate toilet / vanity, spacious lounge and dining areas, swimming pool & BBQ. easily accommodating your extended friends and family. Plus, we’re dog-friendly. Please note, the homestead is adjoining to the cellar door.

Cancellation / Date Change T&Cs:
We’re a small family-run business renting our family home as a holiday home, as a secondary business - we are not a hotel. Please ensure you are familiar with our T&Cs at the time of booking:
When booking, we require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, plus a pre-authorised security deposit hold, of $200, in case of any damage or extensive cleaning required to the property after your stay.
For a full refund of your deposit, you must cancel 60 full days before your check in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If you cancel less than 60 days in advance, the deposit is not refundable, however you may be able to change your booking date. Please use the calendar on this page to check availability, before making a date change request. Should you need to change the date of your booking, you can do so by choosing a new date and sending us a request via email - if those dates are available, we will accept this booking change request. Should the new nights chosen be more expensive (i.e. weekend / public holiday or staying additional nights), this will be charged to the guest and not line-priced with the cost of the original booking.
